05 · Quality Assurance
Every consignment moves through the same seven steps
Buyers need to know what happens between an order and a container. This is our working process — described as it is, without implying certifications we do not hold.

Sourcing
Producer identified against the buyer's written specification. Origin, species or grade and available volume confirmed before any offer is issued.
- 02
Inspection
Goods checked against the agreed specification before loading. Photographs and measurements are shared with the buyer.
- 03
Grading & Processing
Sorting, sawing, drying or planing carried out to the ordered dimensions and tolerance where processing is part of the order.
- 04
Quality Control
Final check on dimensions, moisture and visual grade. Any deviation is reported to the buyer before shipment, not after.
- 05
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any phytosanitary or customs document required by the destination country.
- 06
Packaging & Loading
Bundling, strapping and container or wagon loading appropriate to the product and route, with loading photographs provided.
- 07
Shipment & Handover
Dispatch under the agreed Incoterm, with tracking and document handover through to delivery at the named place.
Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or a buyer-nominated surveyor) can be arranged at the buyer's instruction and cost.
06 · Export & Logistics
Landlocked origin, worked around — not worked past
Mongolia has no seaport, so every export moves by rail or road through China or Russia before it reaches a vessel. We plan the route with you at quotation stage rather than discovering it at loading.
Rail & Road Transit
Overland movement from the production site to a border crossing or transhipment point, arranged as part of the offer.
Onward Sea Freight
Container or breakbulk booking from the transit port to the buyer's discharge port, coordinated with the forwarder.
Customs & Border Clearance
Export declaration on the Mongolian side and the documentation the transit and destination customs authorities require.
Packaging for Transit
Bundling, strapping, moisture protection and load securing appropriate to a long multi-modal journey.
Incoterms 2020
Quotations are issued under a named Incoterm so the split of cost, risk and responsibility is unambiguous from the first offer.
Payment Instruments
Terms agreed in the contract — including documentary letters of credit — and confirmed with both parties' banks before shipment.
